I have been doing online classes with westalee rulers and this is a sample of a pattern that was shared in one of my lessons. I  now have a supreme slider which makes moving the fabric easier and some quilting gloves. Am quite happy with my sample but had to stop as arm was starting to hurt. It is a learning curve but enjoyed it a lot. The foot for my bernina 430 and the ruler come from australia. I have other rulers and need to learn how to use them.  As usual I want to try everything. Thanks for reading, Hugs....

thank you Anne, that design is a lot easier than it looks. I have used in my zentangle drawings in the past but it is new to me in quilting. Quilting with rulers just means you have a straight line to follow and it makes it easier.

This looks quite fascinating, Joanne. I've never heard of this ruler, or quilting gloves for that matter - I assume the latter have grippy palms so the fabric doesn't slip as you push it through? That would be useful for all sorts of sewing, I should think. Thank you for your visit to my blog and your very kind words about the loss of our 2 kitties. We are still searching for new babies. I wish you and your Phoebe well!
